LODGE'S NAME
The lodge was named for a Norwegian feminist, lecturer, writer and politician. Gina Krog found out how important a women's right's were when she had to leave the country to continue her education. Thereafter, Gina became an active feminist on both the national and international scene. Her lifelong work helped change Norwegian laws so that Norwegian women gained more voting, working, educational rights and freedoms. More . . .
