LODGE'S NAME
Prillar Guri is based on a story of how a Norwegian girl playing the prillarhorn (a buck horn with tongue and finger holes) could turn the tide of a battle in 1612. The young woman from Sel Kommune (County), rode parallel to the invading force on the opposite side of a valley and sounded the musical warning to the nearby awaiting Norwegian forces. The fascinating story and or war and Prillar Guri is worthwhile reading. More . . .
